Courtney is a proud graduate of Winston-Salem State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources, and also had the honor of serving as the University’s 70th Queen (Miss WSSU ‘09/’10). She is also a proud graduate of Liberty University where she earned her Master of Arts degree in Human Services with a specialization in Marriage and Family. She currently serves as a domestic and international flight attendant, flying worldwide. Courtney is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with the world through her actions, words of encouragement and inspiration. She takes pleasure in walking alongside others to help them reach their full potential.
She founded Uniik By Design Global Empowerment, LLC., to offer tailor-made, individual and group life coaching services. She also creates inspirational, handmade jewelry and accessories. She is married to her best friend Frank and has a loving Yorkshire terrier named Levi. The Uniik By Design (UBD) logo features a beautiful butterfly being trailed by a flutter of hearts. A butterfly was chosen to represent the brand because, just as butterflies experience transformation through the metamorphosis process, we, as uniquely designed individuals, also experience transformational life cycles as we walk our journeys and grow and develop into all that we are created to be. Butterflies come in a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes, yet are all intricately created and beautiful in their own right—just like us! And the UBD butterfly’s trail of hearts is a great reminder to love God, love ourselves, and love others! So, anytime you see the Uniik By Design butterfly, it is our hope that love is always trailing you, and that you are reminded of your beauty—from the inside, out!
